Location
In the Arts and Cultural District in the heart of Downtown.  Just one block from theaters and restaurants.

The Space
There are 7 studios at the Pine Street House. Each Studio has its own private bath, kitchenette (coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hot eye) TV, bed, lamp, closet, sitting area and table/desk.

Guest Access
Guests use a common corridor to access their private studio. Each studio has a private bath and kitchenette. For your convenience, there is a laundry facility on site.

Located close to train route in historic district.
