Doug was very helpful, quickly responded to my messages and his wife promptly showed up at the house to help my guys with some questions. Thank you very much for the hospitality, we will stay there again when we work in the area.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. It was in a quiet location, was very clean, and we were able to enjoy a nice dip in the pool. Doug is very pleasant and only a phone call away if you need assistance or have a question about the area. I would highly recommend Doug as a host if you're coming to Florence!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious, private, one bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable, and Doug was easily accessible by phone if needed. He also checked in to ensure I was satisfied and make recommendations for local attractions/restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Doug was great to rent from, any problems that I had he handled in a very timely manner. The place was great for just me, not a huge place but plenty of room for one or two people. Definitely recommend Doug and this place.

Doug was great my entire stay in Florence. He was quick to address any issues I had during my stay. Loved the location, although a little difficult to find at first. Close enough to the city to get there quickly, but not admist too much commotion. Wi-Fi, Netflix, DVD player; he even had a stereo system available. I overpacked coming to stay here. He had everything available that I needed, although I did bring my own towels and bed linens (I'm just picky about certain things). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice one bedroom unit in Florence.

centrally located. fast & easy access to medical care, grocery, and gas. clean with nicely sized private room & bathroom. Doug is available for you whenever you need & is a great communicator. excellent place for those traveling for work & want a comfortable homey place to come back to.

Felt comfortable staying in the room for the night. Not too far from I-95/I-20. Well lit inside the room and outside the house. Very kind and considerate host!

The Piano room was a wonderful place to stay! I am a traveling OT and it was the perfect place to come back to, cook a meal, and rest after a long day at work. We were only there 5 days, however It would be a great place for any traveling medical professional to stay for a rotation or 2. It's the perfect size for 1-2 people to live. Doug is a wonderful host, and gave great recommendations for coffee shops and places to eat.

Doug was very helpful and the place was spotless. If I am in South Carolina, I would stay here again.

Great experience I got stay in Doug’s place. Very clean. I got everything what I need it , privet bathroom, privet kitchen.... I’m going to stay again.

Doug was amazingly gracious and hospitable. I was, unfortunately, traveling to attend a funeral and Doug's quick responses, detailed check-in help, and flexibility as my travel plans changed allowed me to not have to worry about housing on top of everything else during a stressful season. Doug was an excellent host from the moment I submitted a request to stay The Sunset Studio. He was quick to call and explain the facility as well as precise. I will stay again if I visit Florence.
